Day Skipper
A day skipper is handy if you want to hire a sailing boat but you are little inexperienced.
Many people absolutely love the idea of going on a Sailing Yacht with their friends and family. However a lot of people wouldn’t dream of doing it, because they are too inexperienced to handle all the rigours and complications that are involved with sailing a boat. That is where a day skipper comes in to save the day. If you hire a day skipper to assist in the running of the boat you can feel a lot safer. The day skipper would know everything there is to know about the day to day running of a boat, so that you and your fellow mariners can enjoy all that the sea has to offer.

Technically, the day skipper should be able to handle everything themselves, but it would slightly defeat the object of the trip.
